The object is to discover: a method for allowing a physiological activity of a sesamin component to be exerted efficiently and enhancing the physiological activity of the sesamin component and an effective compound which can be used concurrently for achieving the aforementioned purposes. Thus, provided is a composition containing an arachidonic acid component at a ratio equal to or higher than a specified ratio in combination with a sesamin component. In the composition, a physiological activity (e.g., an anti-fatigue activity) of a sesamin component can be enhanced synergistically. The composition is safe for a human body, an animal or the like, and therefore can be ingested continuously.
