PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food injection device for easily give food to a cared person who is lying on a bed (bedridden) while avoiding aspiration of the food.SOLUTION: A food injection device 10 for injecting liquid food into an oral cavity of a cared person who is lying on a bed includes: a body 11 for containing the liquid food and a discharge opening 13 provided on the body 11 for discharging the liquid food from inside to outside of the body 11. The body 11 is formed of an elastic material as means of pressing pressure on the liquid food contained inside the body 11 in order to discharge the liquid food through the discharge opening 13 outside the body 11 and a deflection nozzle 14 is provided on the discharge opening 13 outside the body 11. With the deflection nozzle 14, a caregiver can deflect the discharge direction of the liquid food through the discharge opening 13, discharge the liquid food upward in the oral cavity of the cared person who is lying on the bed, and inject the liquid food so that the liquid food slides down inside of the cheeks.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 横臥状態(寝たきりの状態)にある要介護者への食事の提供を、要介護者の誤嚥を抑制しつつ、容易化することができる食物注入器を提供する。【解決手段】 横臥状態にある要介護者の口腔内に液状食物を注入するための食物注入器10であって、液状食物を収容する本体11と、該本体11に設けられて液状食物を該本体11の内部から外部へ吐出させる吐出口13と、該吐出口13から該本体11の外部へ液状食物を吐出させるべく該本体11の内部に収容された液状食物に圧力を加える加圧手段として該本体11を弾性材料で形成するとともに、本体11の外部において吐出口13には偏向ノズル14を設け、該偏向ノズル14によって液状食物の吐出口13からの吐出方向を偏向することで、横臥状態にある上記要介護者の口腔内で該偏向ノズル14から液状食物を上向きに吐出して該口腔内の頬の内側に当てつつ注入するように構成した。【選択図】 図1
