In some examples, a dressing suitable for treating a tissue site may include a sealing member having a periphery and a central portion. The central portion of the sealing member may include a breathable zone having a higher vapor permeability than the periphery of the sealing member. Other features may be associated with the dressing including, by way of example and without limitation, a base layer, an adhesive, one or more wicking layers, and an absorbent layer.
