The present invention relates to a method for mass producing an exosome (Prx I/II:EXPLOR) comprising Peroxiredoxin (Prx) I or II protein, a vector for producing an exosome, which can be used to produce the exosome, an exosome comprising Peroxiredoxin (Prx) I or II protein, which is produced by the method； and an antioxidant pharmaceutical composition comprising the same as an effective component. In particular, by using the method provided in the present invention for producing an exosome comprising Peroxiredoxin (Prx) I or II protein, it is possible to produce an exosome comprising Peroxiredoxin (Prx) I or II protein in a high yield. Further, the produced exosome may be widely used in an antioxidant composition； or a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating any one disease caused by active oygen, selected from the group consisting of cancer, arteriosclerosis, respiratory diseases, osteoporosis, obesity, and degenerative dementia； or a cosmetic composition for antioxidation or controlling skin aging.본 발명은 페록시레독신(Peroxiredoxin； Prx) I 또는 II 단백질을 포함하는 엑소솜(Prx I/II:EXPLOR)을 대량으로 제조하는 방법, 상기 엑소솜 제조에 사용될 수 있는 엑소솜 제조용 벡터, 상기 방법으로 제조된 페록시레독신(Peroxiredoxin； Prx) I 또는 II 단백질을 포함하는 엑소솜 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 항산화용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 페록시레독신(Peroxiredoxin； Prx) I 또는 II 단백질을 포함하는 엑소솜의 제조방법을 이용하면, 페록시레독신(Peroxiredoxin； Prx) I 또는 II 단백질을 포함하는 엑소솜을 높은 수율로 제조할 수 있으므로, 상기 엑소솜을 이용하여 항산화용 조성물 또는 암, 동맥경화, 호흡기 질환, 골다공증, 비만 및 퇴행성 치매로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 활성산소에 의한 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물, 또는 항산화용 또는 피부노화 방지용 화장료 조성물로 널리 활용될 수 있다.
