PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device, an ultrasonic module, and an ultrasonic apparatus capable of suppressing deterioration of transmission/reception sensitivity.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic device includes a vibration membrane, an acoustic layer provided to one surface side of the vibration membrane, an acoustic lens provided on a side opposite to the vibration membrane of the acoustic layer.
