The present invention relates generally to an apparatus and method for disinfecting medical devices with ozone, and in particular to a system, method and apparatus for disinfecting a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) device. The device has an ozone compartment, an ozone actuated system, and one or more ozone distribution lines for distributing ozone to a continuous positive airway pressure device.
