The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heating compress that persistently produces a perceived warming sensation, and that can effectively manifest a thermal effect. A heating compress that is used by being attached to skin, wherein, (1) a packaging material constituting the skin attachment surface side of a container is formed by a laminated sheet formed by laminating, in the following order from an adhesive layer side, at least a moisture absorption layer for absorbing moisture and a moisture barrier layer for blocking the permeation of moisture, (2) an adhesive layer is partially provided to the surface of the moisture absorption layer, and (3) a warming agent that is perceived to enhance a warming sensation in the presence of moisture is included in at least one of the adhesive layer and the moisture absorption layer.
