According to the present invention, the effect of remarkably reducing the creation of obscure CT images due to metal artifacts is achieved.La présente invention porte sur un procédé pour la réduction dartefacts métalliques en tomodensitométrie (CT), comprenant : une première étape (S100) dobtention dune image de CT projetée une deuxième étape (S200) de reconstruction de limage projetée en une image stéréoscopique une troisième étape (S300) de mise en correspondance de limage reconstruite et dune image de données de balayage et une quatrième étape (S400) de confirmation des coordonnées tridimensionnelles dune zone métallique dans limage reconstruite à laide du résultat de la mise en correspondance. Selon la présente invention, leffet de réduction remarquable de la création dimages de CT obscures dues à des artefacts métalliques est réalisé.본 발명은 씨티에 의한 투영 영상 획득 과정인 제 1 단계(S100)와, 상기 투영 영상을 입체 영상으로 재구성하는 과정인 제 2 단계(S200)와, 재구성 영상과 스캔 데이터 영상의 정합 과정인 제 3 단계(S300) 및 정합 결과를 이용해서 재구성 영상에서 메탈영역의 3차원 좌표를 확인하는 과정인 제 4 단계(S400)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 씨티의 메탈 아티팩트 감소 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 메탈 아티팩트에 의해 씨티 영상이 불분명하게 만들지는 것을 현저하게 감소시키는 효과가 발생된다.
