A microneedle of the present invention comprises: a tip penetrating into the skin and melted to be formed as medicinal fluid； and at least one guide groove having a stepped shape from the outer surface of the tip toward the inside and provided with respect to the tip. The microneedle can inject a fixed quantity of medicinal fluids in a short time.
