The present invention relates to a hair dyeing device, and more specifically, to a hair dyeing device in which a dyeing unit which applies dye onto the hair is installed near an opening unit inside a housing including the opening unit and an air discharge unit, wherein, when air is suctioned out towards the air discharge unit by an air suction device, the hair suctioned into the opening unit along with air flow gets dyed by being rubbed with the dyeing unit smeared with the dye. The dyeing unit which performs dyeing with a dye material, has at least one dye pole which is smeared with the dye material and inserted in a fixing unit to form a cartridge which is removably mounted on a mounting unit inside the case capable of opening/closing the case further comprises a protruding unit which allows the hair to pass through the opening unit and prevents the dyeing unit from contacting the skin. By removing the hassles of preparing a dye, removing dye accidentally smeared on undesirable areas, or rinsing hair after dyeing, the present hair dyeing device allows the user to easily dye the user&primes own hair in a short period of time.
