The invention relates to a combined clasp which comprises on a single part a multiplicity of clasps arranged in an aligned fashion, the clasp comprising for such purpose a common joining section, with a series of clasps joined on at least one of the sides thereof, joined to said common joining section by means of a joining neck having sufficient width and thickness furthermore, the common joining section can include at least one longitudinal reinforcement which, in addition to reinforcing the part, acts as a stay for the orthopaedic element, achieving using said clasp simultaneous, quick, easy and effective assembly of a multiplicity of clasps for passing the tightening straps of multi-band orthopaedic elements.
