PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treatment method and hair treatment tool which facilitate application work to a hair part to which cosmetics are desired to be applied and can uniformly apply the cosmetics to the hair.SOLUTION: In a hair treatment method, hair is treated with a hair treatment tool 1. The hair treatment tool 1 has a fiber structure 5 holding hair cosmetics and a liquid impermeability sheet 3 fixing the fiber structure 5. The fiber structure 5 holds the hair cosmetics containing pigment and film-forming resin, and is sealed in a package 2.
