PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying method for efficiently conveying to a destination, transplantation seaweed seeds and seedlings easily attachable to structures of various forms, such as an artificial fishing bank and a cover block.
SOLUTION: This conveying method is used for the seaweed seeds and seedlings 1 in a form of sticking seaweed small alga bodies 5 to the head part 3 of a binding band 4 which holds in a loop form, a belt-like part 2 formed with a sawtooth-like projection at one side and curvable in a loop form, in the box-like head part 3 including an engaging nail in the inside. The method includes putting a plurality of the seaweed seeds and seedlings 1 in a parallel state followed by holding them in a conveyance container 10, in a condition of putting the portion of the belt-like part 2 in a binding state with a binding band 6, and conveying the product from a raising place to a land base near a transplantation place. The product is conveyed as it is from the land base to the sea surface of the transplantation place, and a worker conveys the bundle 7 of the seaweed seeds and seedlings 1 taken out from the conveyance container 10 on a ship, to the transplantation place on the bottom of the sea, and fixes to the transplantation place using the binding band 4.
