A bone screw at least comprises a positioning sleeve and a screw body. The positioning sleeve comprises a connecting rod fixing seat and a calibration part integrally formed with the connecting rod fixing seat, in which an annular cutting slot is defined between the connecting rod fixing seat and the calibration part, at least two pairs of connecting rod calibration openings configured on a sidewall of the calibration part are formed in a big-end-up bulb or lock-hole shape, and an axial cutting slot is configured on a sidewall of an adjacent region of the connecting rod calibration openings.. The screw body comprises a spherical head and a screw rod, in which the spherical head having an outer diameter great than that of the screw rod is connected to a top portion of the screw rod. The screw body can be pivoted to a bottom portion of the positioning sleeve, so that the spherical head of the screw body can sleevingly arranged on a spherical pit of the connecting rod fixing seat. An outward propping-open force can be provided on the sidewall of the calibration part of the positioning sleeve to break the axial cutting slot and the annular cutting slot, so that the calibration part can be split into two pieces and separated from the connecting rod fixing seat.
