PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soybean curd peeling device in a soybean curd production machine capable of suppressing effectively generation of crack or chip in soybean curd when peeling off soybean curd from a storage part inner surface of a solidification bucket, and not having a risk of occurrence of a sanitary problem such as foreign matter contamination or pollution into soybean curd.SOLUTION: A soybean curd peeling device includes a plurality of solidification buckets 4 each having a storage part 40 filled with mixed liquid of soybean milk having an amount equivalent to a one piece of soybean curd and a coagulant, provided tiltably on a conveyor 2, and conveyed along a prescribed conveyance route, a bucket tilting device 6 for tilting the solidification bucket 4 having soybean curd formed in the storage part 40, and a water injector 7 for injecting water from a nozzle 71 toward a boundary between an inner surface on the upper position side in the storage part 40 of the tilted solidification bucket 4 and soybean curd.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】凝固バケットの収容部内面から豆腐を剥離する際に豆腐に割れや欠けが発生するのを効果的に抑止することができ、また、豆腐への異物混入や汚染といった衛生上の問題が生じるおそれのない、豆腐製造機における豆腐剥離装置を提供する。【解決手段】豆腐剥離装置は、豆腐1丁分に相当する量の豆乳と凝固剤の混合液が充填される収容部40を有しかつコンベヤ2に傾動可能に設けられて所定の搬送経路を搬送させられる複数の凝固バケット4と、収容部40に豆腐が形成された凝固バケット4を傾動させるバケット傾動装置6と、傾動させられた凝固バケット4の収容部40における上位側の内面と豆腐との境目に向かってノズル71から水を噴射する水噴射装置7とを備えている。【選択図】図10
