The invention relates to the field of medicine and the pharmaceutical chemical industry. A pharmaceutical composition in suppository form for treating moderate to severe pain comprises the active principle nalbuphine hydrochloride and a suppository base. As the suppository base, the composition contains a hydrophilic emulsion base that includes binders, a poloxamer, a filler, an emulsifier, and propylene glycol and polyethylene oxide-400 as a solvent. The binders contained in the composition are preferably polyethylene oxide 4000 and polyethylene oxide 1500, and the poloxamer is poloxamer 188. The filler contained in the composition is preferably solid fat. Further, the emulsifier contained in the composition is preferably a complex emulsifier in the form of a blend of a type 1 emulsifier and a type 2 emulsifier. Proposed is a method for producing a pharmaceutical composition, according to which nalbuphine hydrochloride is dissolved in propylene glycol, the solution is mixed with a melted suppository base and homogenized； the liquid suppository mass is dosed into blister pockets and cooled.L'invention concerne le domaine de la médecine et de l'industrie chimico-pharmaceutique, et plus particulièrement la création, la fabrication et l'utilisation d'un produit médicamenteux pour traiter (couper) le syndrome douloureux d'intensité moyenne ou élevée dans différents domaines de la médecine, et notamment en oncologie. L'objectif de la présente invention est de créer de nouvelles compositions pharmaceutiques sous forme de suppositoires rectaux comprenant la nalbuphine ou son sel à base de différents suppositoires destinés au traitement (coupage) des accès de douleur possédant une intensité entre moyenne et forte possédant une action analgésique efficace et prolongée en absence d'effet sédatif ainsi que pour développer des procédés pour produire ces compositions.
