PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a disinfecting liquid in a non-atomized state from being jetted.SOLUTION: A hand disinfection apparatus includes: a gas flow passage 33 where pressurized gas flows a disinfecting liquid flow passage 34 connected to a container 51 for storing the disinfecting liquid a two-liquid nozzle 1 connected to the gas flow passage 33 and the disinfecting liquid flow passage 34 a sensor for sensing a hand a compressor 52 arranged in the gas flow passage 33 a solenoid valve 53 arranged in a part between the compressor 52 and the two-liquid nozzle 1 in the air flow passage and a controller for opening the solenoid valve 53 in response to sensing of the hand by the sensor and also starting the compressor 52.
