The cover 20 includes a volatile chemical permeable film 21 configured to allow permeation of a volatilized chemical but prohibit permeation of an unvolatilized chemical, and an impermeable film 22 configured to prohibit permeation of chemicals. The impermeable film 22 is integrated with the volatile chemical permeable film 21 in such a way as releasable. The volatile chemical permeable film 22 is fixed to the container 10 with force stronger than the force to release the impermeable film 22 from the volatile chemical permeable film 21. The impermeable film 22 includes a grip 22a to be gripped when the impermeable film 22 is released from the volatile chemical permeable film 21. The grip 22a extends outward from the container 10 further than the volatile chemical permeable film 21.
