The present invention relates to a ready to use therapeutic foodstuff requiring no dilution before consumption comprising in percentage by weight with respect to the total weight of said foodstuff 5 to 45% of a flour of one or more grains and/or of a powder of one or more legumes and/or of one or more tubers and/or of one or more roots 10 to 35% powdered milk 10 to 30% sugar 15 to 35% animal milk fat or fat of animal origin 0 to 20% powdered protein and 0 to 10% of one or more emulsifiers. The invention also relates to the use of such a foodstuff for treating and/or preventing malnutrition and/or malabsorption states and other afflictions requiring an enrichment in energy and proteins and also relates to a method for obtaining such a foodstuff.
