PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide circulating aqueous medium purifying facilities which are inexpensive, easy to control, and have a high bactericidal effect.SOLUTION: There are provided an aqueous medium purifying facilities to remove impurity components in an aqueous medium, sterilize, and reuse the aqueous medium. The purifying facilities have an inhibitor filtering means which removes a specific inhibitor in the aqueous medium by filtering, and a sterilization means which sterilizes the aqueous medium with a peroxide.
