Cannula device (1) for the circulation of the blood in an artificial lung characterized in that it comprises: a first lumen (LA) called the aspiration lumen comprising at least one orifice permitting the aspiration of a volume of blood a second lumen (LI) called the injection lumen comprising at least one orifice permitting the injection of a volume of blood characterized in that the injection lumen (LI) and the aspiration lumen (LA) are held rigidly connected over at least a portion of their length said lumens being sealed in relation to each other the injection lumen (LI) having a deformable element (STN) which is held on a portion of the distal end thereof said deformable element (STN) having a first setting called pass and a second setting called hold the change from the first setting to the second setting being effected by a modification of the diameter of said deformable element (STN).
