An ultra-thin highly conformable arc-shaped support film for a flange extender for an ostomy bag comprises a polyurethane film having an adhesive applied to at least one of a body facing surface and an ostomy bag facing surface, wherein the film has a thickness of about 5 pm to about 100 μm and exhibits a high moisture vapor transmission rate even compared to thin films used for film dressings.L'invention concerne un film de support arciforme hautement conformable, ultra-fin pour un élément d'extension de bord pour une poche de stomie, comprenant un film polyuréthane présentant un adhésif appliqué sur au moins une surface faisant face au corps et une surface faisant face à la poche de stomie, le film présentant une épaisseur d'environ 5μm à environ 100μm et présentant un taux de transmission d'humidité élevé même comparé à des films minces utilisés pour des films.
