PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device in which an elevation wire for hanging cultivation of vine plants may be wound and easily detached from a hanging shaft so as to increase efficacy of preparation for hanging operation of the plants and removal operation by rotational operation of the hanging shaft.SOLUTION: An elevation wire hanging device 6 comprises a drive gear member 9 fixed to a hanging shaft 4, a hook member 10 hung on the hanging shaft 4, and a bobbin member 13 rotatably supported by the hook member 10. The drive gear member 9 comprises a pair of flange-shaped gear parts 12 at both ends of a shaft cylinder part 11 that holds the hanging shaft 4. The hook member 10 has a pair of arm parts 10c extending downward from a pair of hook parts 10a hooked to the hanging shaft 4 on both sides of the gear parts 12 of the drive gear member 9, and a bearing part 10d at a lower end.
