PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new antileukemic activity improver or apoptosis activity improver capable of improving antileukemic activity, especially apoptosis activity, of antileukemic compositions, and to provide an antileukemic agent, a leukemic cell remover, a combination therapy of leukemia and a method for removing leukemic cells, using the improver.
SOLUTION: The peptide having amino acid sequence represented by sequence No.1 has improving effect on antileukemic activity of an antileukemic composition. Accordingly, medicines containing the peptide as an active ingredient is useful as an antileukemic activity improver, and the combination of the peptide and the antileukemic composition is useful for an antileukemic agent, a leukemic cell remover, a combination therapy of leukemia and a method for removing leukemic cells.
