Both the first and the second processing lines (201,202) provide a treatment section (50a,50b) arranged to treat the fragments of predetermined size obtaining a treated product (101a,101b), a feeding device (120) arranged to feed the food product (100a,100b) in the crushing chamber (15a,15b) of the respective crushing machines (1a,1b), and a flow measurement section (90a,90b), for measuring the flow rate of said the vegetable food product (101a,101b) conveyed along the first and the second processing lines (201,202) of the product.
