The present invention relates to a non-toxic composition containing one or more cysteine compounds selected from L-or D-cysteine, N-acetyl cysteine for decreasing the risk of a subject contracting cancer of the mouth and of the stomach, by locally binding both oxygen radicals and aldehydes present in the mouth and in the stomach, the composition being formulated with the help of two or more additives into a layered mixture, added into capsules or tablets, whereby these units contain one or more inner controlled release layers.La présente invention concerne une composition non toxique contenant un ou plusieurs composés cystéine choisis parmi la L-ou D-cystéine, la N-acétyl cystéine pour diminuer le risque qu'un sujet contracte un cancer de la bouche et de l'estomac, en liant localement les radicaux oxygène et les aldéhydes présents dans la bouche et dans l'estomac, la composition étant formulée à l'aide d'aux moins deux additifs en un mélange stratifié, ajoutée dans des capsules ou des comprimés, ces unités contenant ainsi une ou plusieurs couches internes à libération contrôlée.
