PURPOSE: A plant factory system is provided to use a space effectively by planting crops inside a cell part, thereby increasing the crop productivity per cell part. CONSTITUTION: A plant factory system comprises the following steps: A crop planting part(300) is arranged in the inner space of a cell part with at least two layers. The crop planting part comprises a planting line group having unit planting lines and the unit planting lines are shaped in linear rectangular, and arranged in parallel. A groove is formed on a crop planting board capable of inserting a container for planting crops. The crop planting board is a regular square. Guide apparatuses(320a, 320b) are arranged outside of the crop planting board, and the guide apparatuses have the same longitudinal direction with the unit planting lines. A guide rod passes through the unit planting lines vertically, and one end of the guide rod is inserted into the groove formed in the guide apparatus. The planting line group comprises a first quadrant(310a), a second quadrant(310b), a third quadrant(310c), and a fourth quadrant(310d). The planting line group is capable of moving to an adjacent quadrant among the first quadrant to the fourth quadrant based on the center of the crop planting board. The interval among the unit planting lines are adjustable. The cell part comprises a side surface to connect to the upper surface and the lower surface.
