A stretch laminate comprising an elastomeric film layer and a nonwoven web layer is disclosed. An adhesive is disposed between the elastic film layer and the nonwoven web layer. The elastomeric film layer may include a plasticizer and greater than 7 percent by weight of a tackifier.
