The present invention provides a dermal absorption patch comprising piroxicam, wherein an absorption promoter of piroxicam is blended in a patch comprising piroxicam as a non-steroid anti-inflammatory analgesic, which does not inhibit release of the drugs and can exhibit high anti-flammatory and neuroleptic effects. The dermal absorption patch is characterized in that is formed by comprising piroxicam as an effective ingredient and oxybuprocaine or pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an absorption promoter, wherein the amount of piroxicam is 0.1 to 5 wt.% in relative to total weight of paste containing drugs, and the amount of oxybuprocaine or pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof is 1 to 30 wt.% in relative to total weight of paste containing drugs.本發明提供一種含有匹若西卡(piroxicam)之經皮吸收貼劑，係在摻配有匹若西卡作為非類固醇性消炎鎮痛劑的貼劑中，摻配對於匹若西卡之吸收促進劑，不會抑制該等藥物的釋放性，而可發揮高度消炎鎮痛效果，其特徵為含有匹若西卡作為藥效成分及奧布卡因(oxybuprocaine)或其藥學上可容許的鹽作為吸收促進劑而成，相對於含有藥物之膏體總重量，匹若西卡的含量為0.1至5重量%，相對於含有藥物之膏體總重量，奧布卡因或其藥學上可容許的鹽的含量為1至30重量%。
