PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for automated measurement of skin perfusion pressure.SOLUTION: An automatic skin blood flow measuring system including an instrumentation tool that automatically analyzes blood flow measurements to identify motion artifact and SPP values and a sensor placement device are provided. The instrumentation tool is configured not to ignore motion artifact. The blood flow measurements are designated as SPP values if various criteria are met. SPP value criteria pertain to factors including cuff pressure, the blood flow, blood flow change percentages relative to previous and subsequent blood flow measurements, and whether the blood flow measurements are increasing or decreasing relative to the previous and subsequent blood flow measurements. The sensor placement device assures that reliable data is provided even when multiple measurements are desired.【課題】皮膚灌流圧の自動測定のためのシステムを提供すること。【解決手段】モーションアーチファクトとＳＰＰ値を特定するため自動的に血流測定値を分析する計装器具を含む、皮膚の血流を自動測定するシステムおよびセンサ設置デバイスを提供する。計装器具はモーションアーチファクトを無視できないよう構成されている。さまざまな基準が満たされると血流測定値はＳＰＰ値として認められる。ＳＰＰ値の基準はカフ圧、血流、前後の血流測定値に対する血流変化量、および前後の血流測定値に対してその値が増加または減少するかどうかの要因に関係する。センサ設置デバイスは複数回の測定が望まれる時でも信頼できるデータが提供されることを保証する。【選択図】図１
