In a laser operation guide system including a C-arm fluoroscopy (hereinafter, C-arm) to check a state of a patient and support an operation plan, and a laser target projection device to directly project an operation planned line on an affected area with a line projection module generating laser, a method to match the laser target projection device and a C-arm image comprises: a step of generating a predetermined laser pattern from the line projection module； a step of penetrating the predetermined laser pattern outputted from the line projection module by a matching tool including a collimator with a predetermined orientation； a step of calculating an external parameter of the matching tool in a projection image penetrating the matching tool； and a step of using the external parameter to convert coordinates of the C-arm into coordinates of the line projection module. Accordingly, precise position matching between the laser module and the C-arm is realized by using the matching tool, thus being able to provide a correct laser guidance during operation.환자의 상태를 확인하고 수술 계획을 지원하는 방사선 투시 영상 장치(C-arm fluoroscopy, 이하 C-arm) 및 레이저를 발생시키는 라인 투영 모듈을 통해 상기 수술 계획된 라인을 환부에 직접 투영하는 레이저 표적 투영장치를 포함하는 레이저 수술 유도 시스템에서, 상기 레이저 표적 투영장치와 상기 C-arm 영상의 정합 방법은, 상기 라인 투영 모듈로부터 특정한 레이저 패턴을 발생시키는 단계； 특정한 방향성을 갖는 콜리미터(collimator)를 포함하는 정합용 툴을 통해 상기 라인 투영 모듈로부터 출력되는 특정한 레이저 패턴을 투과시키는 단계； 상기 정합용 툴을 투과한 투시 영상에서 상기 정합용 툴의 외부 파라미터를 계산하는 단계； 및 상기 외부 파라미터를 이용하여 상기 방사선 투시 영상의 좌표를 상기 라인 투영 모듈 좌표로 변환하는 단계를 포함한다. 이에 따라, 정합 툴을 이용해서 레이저 모듈과 C-arm 간의 정확한 위치 정합이 가능하므로 수술 시 정확한 레이저 가이던스를 제공할 수 있다.
