PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device suited for repelling injurious birds from a building by improving a conventional LED type injurious bird/animal repelling device.SOLUTION: An injurious bird repelling device comprises: a light-emitting part that has a plurality of straight tube LED lamps using LED as light source, in parallel to each other and in which the LED lamps are colored into different colors respectively from red, blue, yellow and purple a control circuit that controls the light-emitting part to repeat a random lighting where the LED lamps are lit in irregular order respectively, and an entire lighting a timer that drives the control circuit at a predetermined time during daytime and a base that integrates the light-emitting part, the control circuit, and the timer to constitute a module. Means for installing the base at a building site, a roof, a gateway, or/and a ceiling is used. When insistence of the injurious birds to the building is strong such as a nest is already built on the building or the like, a sound generator issuing a distress call of the injurious birds or pseudo composite sound thereof is combinedly used.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来のLED式鳥獣忌避装置を改良して、建物から害鳥を忌避するのに適した装置を提供する。【解決手段】LEDを光源とする直管形のLED灯を複数本並列に有し、該LED灯を赤、青、黄または紫の中から異なる色にそれぞれ着色した発光部と、該発光部を前記LED灯それぞれが不規則な順序で点灯するランダム点灯と全部消灯とを繰り返すように制御する制御回路と、該制御回路を日中の所定時刻に駆動するタイマと、前記発光部、制御回路およびタイマを集積して一つのモジュールを構成するベースとを備え、該ベースは建物の敷地、屋根、出入り口または/および天井に設置するという手段を用いた。また、建物に既に営巣があるなど、その建物に対する害鳥の執着性が強い場合は、その害鳥の遭難声またはその疑似合成音を発する音声発生器を併用することとした。【選択図】図1
