The present invention relates to a device for sterilizing a drainage hole of a sink, comprising: a first case including an outer surface facing a region to be sterilized, arranging an emitting hole on the outer surface, and having an inner surface in which a step portion is formed on the back surface of the emitting hole； a second case coupled to the first case to form an accommodation space along with the first case and including the outer surface facing a drainage container； a substrate which is installed in the accommodation space formed between the first case and the second case and on which a UV LED for emitting ultraviolet rays through the emitting hole is mounted； an emitting window mounted on the step portion of the first case； a first waterproof member for preventing a fluid from being introduced into the substrate through a gap between the first case and the emitting window； a second waterproof member mounted between the second case and the drainage container to prevent the fluid from being leaked through a hole formed on the drainage container； and a compression unit compressing the second waterproof member mounted between the second case and the drainage container.
