Disclosed is technology for analyzing a myocardial viability, capable of precisely analyzing the myocardial viability by solving a fine contrast increasing problem. For this, the method for analyzing the myocardial viability according to the present invention includes the steps of: obtaining a first-pass perfusion image of the myocardium by using computed tomography (CT)； obtaining the delayed enhancement image of the myocardium using the CT； and analyzing the myocardial viability by comprehensively analyzing the delayed enhancement image and the first-pass perfusion image.미세한 조영 증가 문제를 해결하여 정밀하게 심근의 생존능을 분석할 수 있는 심근의 생존능 분석 기술이 개시된다. 이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 심근의 생존능 분석 방법은 CT(Computed Tomography)를 이용하여, 심근의 초기 순환 관류 영상을 획득하는 단계；； CT를 이용하여, 상기 심근의 지연 증강 영상을 획득하는 단계； 및 상기 지연 증강 영상 및 상기 초기 순환 관류 영상을 종합 분석하여 심근의 생존능을 분석하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
