PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a force of a minimally invasive surgery tool and a system including the same are provided to measure a force generated in the end of the minimally invasive surgery tool by mounting a detachable insulation sensor device between a trocar and a single path guide. CONSTITUTION: A trocar(100) includes a cannula(150), a trocar housing(120), and a housing hole(140). The cannula is inserted into a body via the skin of a cut part. A flange(220) is extended from the end of a body unit(210) to the outside of the body unit. A pressure sensor(230) generates pressure sensor information corresponding force measurement information. A signal line transmits the pressure sensor information to an external computer.본 발명은 최소 침습 수술 도구의 힘 측정 장치 및 이를 포함하는 시스템에 관한 것으로, 트로카와 단일통로 가이드 사이에 탈착형의 절연 센서 기구부를 장착하여 최소 침습 수술 도구의 끝단에서 발생하는 힘을 측정할 수 있도록 지원하며, 수술 작업 이후 해당 절연 센서 기구부를 분리 가능하도록 하고 절연 설계가 용이하도록 하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 최소 침습 수술 도구는 관 형상의 몸체부, 몸체부의 끝단에서 상기 몸체부의 바깥쪽 방향으로 신장되는 플렌지, 몸체부 내측에 마련되어 몸체부 내에 배치되는 수술 도구 장치의 굽힘에 의한 힘 측정 정보에 해당하는 압력 센서 정보를 생성하는 적어도 하나의 압력 검출 센서로 구성되는 압력 센서, 및 압력 센서 정보를 외부 컴퓨팅 장치에 전달하기 위한 신호 라인을 포함한다.
