PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grafting instrument that can easily, quickly and surely perform a grafting operation including fixing, to a target site, a graft used for treatment of injuries and diseases of living creatures including human beings.SOLUTION: A device for fixing the graft to the target site includes a support part for supporting the graft, and at least one fixing structure for mechanically fixing the support part to the target site and gripping the graft.
