The present invention relates to a preparation method for a bacterial cellulose thin film, in which the transmittance of a visible light to the bacterial cellulose thin film at a wavelength of 550 nm is about 90%. The preparing method provided by the present invention comprises preparing a sealed and flexible bag which is filled with a culture solution inoculated with bacteria, and laying the flexible bag horizontally to cultivate the bacteria for a period of time until a bacterial cellulose thin film is formed.
