The granular powder tank (85) includes a plurality of funnel-shaped small tanks (85a, 85b, ...), and a residual quantity sensor (115) for detecting that the residual amount of granular powder is small is disposed in the minimum-capacity small tank (85a) among the small tanks (85a, 85b, ...).
