A rehabilitative walking assist device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: thrust generating units located on both sides of a main body unit and supplying upward buoyancy to a seating unit by the thrust of a rotating body； the seating unit located in the center of the main body unit and supporting buttocks of a user； a control unit mounted on one side of the main body unit and controlling the operation of the thrust generating units； and the main body unit integrating the thrust generating units, the seating unit, and the control unit so as to fix the same. The present invention provides the rehabilitative walking assist device having the same effect as aqua walking, thereby reducing the cost of rehabilitation and enhancing a rehabilitative effect.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 재활 보행 보조 장치는 본체부의 양측에 위치하며, 회전체의 추력에 의해 착석부에 상방향 부양력을 제공하는 추력발생부, 본체부의 중앙에 위치하며, 사용자의 둔부를 지지하는 착석부, 본체부의 일측에 장착되고, 추력발생부의 구동을 제어하는 제어부 및 추력발생부, 착석부, 제어부를 일체화시켜 고정하는 본체부를 포함한다.수중 보행을 하는 것과 같은 효과를 주는 재활 보조 장치를 제공하여, 재활 치료의 비용을 감소시키고 효과는 상승시킨다.
