This utility model generally relates to anti-parasitic pharmaceutical agents, specifically it relates to the use of oregano (Origanum vulgare) oil extract as anti-parasitic pharmaceutical agent against Coccidia sp. infection in native goats (Capra hircus). The composition of the coccidiostat administered to native goats comprises 50 pcnt by volume oregano oil and 50 pcnt by volume olive oil. This combination is then administered to infected native goats. About 21 grams of the oregano oil per 23 kilograms of body weight is administered to the goat by drenching. Follow-up administration of the coccidiostat occurs after 14 days and every 3 months thereafter.
