The invention relates to a method for ex vivo induction of lymphocytes with a CD8+CD25+ phenotype, wherein the isolated blood cells of an individual are ex vivo contacted with a solution of somatic proteins and/or a solution of excretory-secretory proteins from a helminth parasite, wherein the obtained induced lymphocytes with the CD8+CD25+ phenotype do not express the transcription factor FOXP3, and more preferably they are furthermore CD103-. The invention also relates to lymphocytes obtained by the above method for use in methods of prevention and treatment of diseases related to the presence of autoreactive T lymphocytes, in particular autoimmune diseases, as well as to a solution of somatic and excretory-secretory proteins from a helminth parasite for use in a method for induction and to uses thereof.L'invention porte sur un procédé d'induction ex vivo de lymphocytes ayant un phénotype CD8+ CD25+. Les lymphocytes ont un phénotype CD8+ CD25+, n'expriment pas le facteur de transcription FOXP3 et sont des CD103 -. Les lymphocytes obtenus par le procédé ci-dessus préviennent et traitent les maladies auto-immunes liées aux lymphocytes T autoréactifs. Une solution de protéines somatiques et excrétrices-sécrétrices provenant d'un parasite helminthe est utilisée dans le procédé d'induction.
