PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a discrepancy between an observation and an annotation.SOLUTION: A medical report apparatus includes extraction means, creation means, correction means, and display means. The extraction means extracts a record indicating at least any of a patient's region, a region modifier, a region observation, region diagnosis, an observation modifier, and a diagnosis modifier from a character string of report information indicating an observation to a patient. The creation means creates an annotation displayed on a report screen on the basis of the extracted record. The correction means corrects the annotation in accordance with correction for the report information. The display means updates and displays the corrected annotation on the report screen.【課題】 所見とアノテーションとに齟齬を生じないようにすること。【解決手段】 実施形態によれば、医用レポート装置は、抽出手段と、作成手段と、修正手段と、表示手段とを具備する。抽出手段は、患者に対する所見を示すレポート情報の文字列から患者の部位、部位修飾語、部位所見、部位診断、所見修飾語、診断修飾語のうち少なくともいずれかを示すレコードを抽出する。作成手段は、抽出されたレコードに基づいて、レポート画面に表示されるアノテーションを作成する。修正手段は、レポート情報の修正に伴ってアノテーションを修正する。表示手段は、修正されたアノテーションをレポート画面に更新表示する。【選択図】 図４
