PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic photographing apparatus capable of obtaining a single anterior eye part image in which respective parts are clearly visualized.SOLUTION: A slit lamp microscope includes a photographing part, a control part 101, an extraction part 111 and a composition part 112. The photographing part includes an observation system and an illumination system and photographs the anterior eye part of an eye to be examined. The control part 101 makes the photographing part executes photographing for two or more times under a plurality of exposure conditions corresponding to the plurality of parts of the anterior eye part. The extraction part 111 extracts a partial area equivalent to the part corresponding to the exposure condition from the image obtained by each of the photographing of two or more times. The composition part 112 combines the plurality of extracted partial areas with one another and generates composite images of the anterior eye part.
