The present invention relates to method for manufacturing a health supplement food containing a fermented product of a germinated grain as a main ingredient, the invention comprising the steps of: (a) germinating organic whole grain； (b) pressing the germinated grain； (c) mixing the germinated grain with a fermented broth； (d) fermenting the germinated grain mixed with the fermented broth； (e) pulverizing the fermented product； (f) mixing the pulverized product with the fermented broth and a natural yeast； and (g) aging the mixture at low temperatures and drying the same wherein the fermented broth is fermented by mixing persimmon, Salicornia herbacea, cinnamon, and honey. According to the present invention, a sap extract has been used and a fermented broth has been used for fermentation and thereby, the present invention can further increase nutrient ingredients and active ingredients, thus promoting an eater&prime；s health and reducing a body fat. Accordingly, the present invention can be used as a diet food and alleviate constipation.
