In connection with various heart valve implants, systems, devices, and methods for delivering these implants are described. The implant may be used to resize the original annulus or replace the original heart valve. The implant includes a resizable frame having angled struts. The implant is secured to the tissue by an anchor that can rotate and engage the tissue without axial advancement, while pulling the implant closer to the tissue. The use of the collar reduces the angle between the struts of the frame and causes the implant to contract. The implant can include a rotatable shaft, such as a threaded shaft, positioned inside an axially translatable collar. As the force is transmitted to the collar by the rotation of the shaft, the collar translates axially, closing the angle of the adjacent strut and reducing the width of the implant, and thus the annulus. The implant is deliverable, fixable, and retractable via a catheter.
