Disclosed is a wound retractor capable of being easily installed and removed. The wound retractor capable of being easily installed and removed of the present invention comprises: a ring-shaped upper body positioned in an outer side of a cut hole； a ring-shaped lower body installed inside the cut hole； a transparent tube made of a transparent material and connecting the upper and lower bodies； and a string for removal of which one end is fixated on the lower body. A transformation induction means is arranged in the lower body to induce the lower body to be transformed into a rectangle shape when the string for removal is pulled from the outside of the cut hole. The transformation induction means is composed of at least one transformation induction hole formed on an inner circumference of the lower body or at least one transformation induction hole formed on the lower body. According to the present invention, as the transformation induction means is formed on the lower body of the wound retractor used for a laparoscopic surgery, the lower body is removed easily and rapidly after the surgery.
