The present invention relates to a method of artificial spawning of Zophobas atratus. The method of the present invention induces artificial spawning of Zophobas atratus under the conditions of (a) photoperiod of 13L/11D to 15L/9D； and (b) temperature of 27 to 30°C. According to the present invention, the spawning characteristics of Zophobas atratus are improved to increase the spawning rate and shorten the spawning period. In particular, by lowering the mortality rate of imagoes and identifying the optimal spawning conditions that represent a higher spawning rate, the present invention can be easily used in farms and is expected to increase the labor efficiency.본 발명은 아메리카왕거저리의 인공 산란방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 아메리카왕거저리의 인공 산란방법으로는 (a) 광주기 13L/11D 내지 15L/9D； (b) 온도 27℃ 내지 30℃；의 조건하에서 아메리카왕거저리를 인공 산란을 유도하는 것이 특징이다.본 발명에 의해, 아메리카왕거저리의 산란특성을 향상시켜 산란율은 향상시킴과 동시에 산란기간은 단축시키며, 특히 성충의 폐사율을 낮출 수 있어 보다 많은 양의 산란율을 나타내는 최적의 산란조건을 규명함으로 인해서 농가에서 쉽게 이용이 가능하고, 노동 효율성 증대 가능성을 기대할 수 있게 된다.
