The present invention relates to a new use of phosphatidylcholine, and more particularly to a composition for toxicity reduction of an anti-cancer agent, and an anti-cancer adjuvant, comprising phosphatidylcholine as an active ingredient. The composition of the present invention can reduce toxicity of an anti-cancer agent while inhibiting or minimizing various side-effects occurring by the toxicity of the anti-cancer agent during chemical therapy of cancer. Thus, it is effective as an anti-cancer adjuvant.La présente invention concerne une utilisation inédite de la phosphatidylcholine et, plus précisément, une composition visant à réduire la toxicité dun agent anticancéreux, ainsi quun adjuvant anticancéreux comprenant de la phosphatidylcholine en tant que principe actif. La composition de la présente invention se révèle capable datténuer la toxicité dun agent anticancéreux tout en inhibant ou en minimisant divers effets secondaires liés à la toxicité de lagent anticancéreux durant une chimiothérapie anticancéreuse. Cest ainsi que ladite composition constitue un adjuvant anticancéreux efficace.
