The present invention provides a composition for the treatment of cancer including zwitterionic liposomes consisting essentially of: 50-70 mol % of a phosphatidylcholine lipid, 25-45 mol % of cholesterol, and 2-8 mol % of a PEG-lipid； and oxaliplatin. Oxaliplatin is encapsulated in the liposomes in an amount such that the ratio of the total lipid weight to the oxaliplatin weight is from about 20:1 to about 65:1. Methods for the preparation of liposomal oxaliplatin and the treatment of cancer are also disclosed.La présente invention concerne une composition pour la cancérothérapie comprenant des liposomes zwittérioniques, principalement composée de : 50-70 % en mole d'un lipide de phosphatidylcholine, 25-45 % en mole de cholestérol et 2-8 % en mole d'un PEG-lipide ； et d'oxaliplatine.
