PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide binding packing brought into close contact by being com pressively deformed as a surface (recess-projection) shape of an implant and organism tissue in proper compressive deformation performance, capable of fixing the implant without looseness, capable of preventing sinking of the implant, capable of exhibiting the proper cushioning action, superior in tissue (bone) transmission capacity, and capable of directly, binding the implant and the organism tissue by being finally wholly substituted of the organism tissue by decomposition and absorption.SOLUTION: This binding packing is interposed between the implant and the organism tissue, and is composed of nonwoven fabric welded by mutually intertwisting fibers of an in vivo decomposable absorbable polymer including biologically active bioceramics powder. Inter-fiber void is set to 20 to 90 vol.%. Density is set to 0.1 to 0.8 g/cm3. Asker C hardness is adjusted to 15 to 70.COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO【課題】 圧縮変形性が適度でインプラントと生体組織の表面(凹凸)形状通りに圧縮変形して密着し、インプラントをガタツキなく固定でき、インプラントのシンキングも防止でき、適度な緩衝作用を発揮でき、組織(骨)伝導能が良好で、分解吸収により最終的に生体組織と全て置換してインプラントと生体組織を直接結合させることができる結合用詰め物を提供する。【解決手段】 インプラントと生体組織との間に介装される結合用詰め物であって、生体活性なバイオセラミックス粉体を含んだ生体内分解吸収性ポリマーの繊維が互いに絡み合って溶着した不織布よりなる詰め物とする。繊維間空隙を20~90容量%、密度を0.1~0.8g/cm3 、アスカーC硬度を15度~70度に調節する。
